Mission growing

I am doing well. I survived a transfer and everything is the same. I love the new changes coming in our mission. We grew from 160 to 180 missionaries and a new mission president. We moved too. Our last landlords had a daughter moving in so we were out but we are in our new appt in a members basement about 1 mile away from our old appt. I love serving the lord and working hard. Why serve a mission if you are not going to work? I will work to the last second of my mission. I am learning how to be a true disciple, have exact obedience, become a preach my gospel missionary and have fun. I love our job of saving souls. I also have my brother renzo as a full time missionary and i am sure he is going to rock his mission. He will change peoples lives just like we each can. be an example and open your mouth it is not rocket science. I love the Savior and the Atonement. I love you all and have a great week .

I love this work and i am staying with my companion . onward ever onward in this great work. This has been a wonderful week. one of our converts got confirmed and went with us to the St. George temple to do baptisms for the dead. I did confirmations the first time ever and the names were hard because they were from slovakia. I also baptized my companion elder payne and visa versa. I can not descibe the feelings of the spirit and love felt at the temple. I love the Lord and this work. I will work hard and play hard. hahahaha. Good times came and will come. I love the conversion process were you grow with the person and it is a wonderful day to see them dressed in white either on their baptism or in the temple . These are tender mercies and times to remember. I am grateful for my support system and the love , prayers ,and concerns. You are all wonderful. I can not wait to get dstarted with this new transfer. I love everyone. I am working on becoming more converted to the gospel and leading the way for my family by my example it starts with me first then i can help them as they  go on missions and on the strait and narrow path. I look forward to a happy and great transfer to come.

I am doing well and loving life. Transfer calls are next sunday and i will probably stay . I never know untill i get the call though. I got a new bike and my legs hurt a lot less. we will move into another appartment in a couple of weeks because our current landlords will have to have our room for the daugther so it is ok because we got another place. I love the Lord and his work. I love the people and will try to improve to help them better. So a lot of changes in the near future  but it is ok because all is well and the Lord is in control here. I look forward to an awesome week this week. We will go to the St. George temple with a recent convert to do temple baptisms for the dead. I am excited.

I am grateful for conference this last weekend. I loved the words of the speakers that taught us and edified us. I was also blessed this last friday to have a temple trip with the missions top half. We went to the Manti temple. The spirit was so strong . I loved it. I love being a missionary today in this great worldwide church.I had a good week. It was a full week. I love the Lord and look forward to a great week this week. We have a GOLDEN investigator. He is being baptized this weekend. It is very exciting. I am grateful for the opportunities that are all around me. I am striving to improve and become better.I am learning to trust in the Lord and not in my own strength. I am learning to be humble and grateful for the many blessings about us. I have been in Delta for 5 months and will continue to for at least 6 1/2 months . I can not wait to go to work .I look forward to a successful week this week. Thank  you all for your prayers and emails. I love my great support system.

I love the Lord and this work. It is indeed a wonderful work and a wounder . I know Jesus Christ lives and that we all have a divine potential which can be unlocked through the gospel. I love the people here in Delta. I will be staying here for another transfer. I will be with elder sanderson and his trainee for 2 weeks until I get my companion on march 5th. Then we will do work in our area and he in his own. This is my favorite area in the mission thus far. I love being a missionary. It is fun but also very challenging.I testify that who the Lord calls he qualifies. That is awesome to know that no matter how big and daunting a task really is it is not too big to be overcome with the help of the Lord. yes, faith is essential for us to have but he lets us experience things to grow and become better. He truly loves us . He is the Sheppard and we are His sheep. He lets us learn to walk in faith rather than by sight. Miracles happen all the time and I am grateful for the opportunities to recognize them . I love more fully now because He loved me first. I am eternally grateful for the ATONEMENT and its effects upon us in our daily lives. I can not wait for another awesome week.

I am doing alright. I survived another transfer and look forward to staying here in delta and doing some work . By small and simple things great things are brought to pass. That is true and I will need to remember to be humble and be patient. I look forward to what the Lord wants me to do. I love the Lord and the gospel. My companion and I were teaching a couple of preachers of a different faith and OH did they make me sooo mad . They had a false doctrine anti mormon literature pamphlet and said they know what we believe and they said the Book of Mormon was a hoax and Joseph Smith was a false prophet. I could not say a word i was so angry because of what they said and my companion did his best to answer their so called questions . They just wanted us to bible bash but I do not think we will go back. I will pray to become a better missionary and strive to achieve that goal. I am staying and getting another companion.

Good things are occurring everyday and it is up to us to see them or to simply ignore that they are even there. I love the Gospel and the Church . I remember why i went to seminary and institute. It is because light and truth. It is because I wanted to feast on the words of Christ . It is because I have had excellent teachers that taught simply and effectively by word and very deed. It is because Christ makes all the difference. I love my family and friends. I try to see who i can help each day. I try to stay focused and strive to become an instrument in the hands of the Lord . I do not own a ton of what people called great valuable items and have it all in the world views. I have sufficient for my needs and yet in my eyes I do indeed have it all. The reason is because the Lord wants us to serve faithfully and simply help one another. I love everyone. I am beginning to see people for what they can be and try my best to help the reach that goal of my new vision . I want to be what he wants me to be. Transfers for us are coming up and I will keep you all posted of what will happen.
love much,

Delta Area

I am doing terrific. I HAVE ELDER LOPEZ MAYTA as my companion. We serve in the Delta Bilingual area . He is 22 and is a amazing missionary from Bolivia and he lived there for 15 years and got the papers to come to the USA and has lived in New Hampshire for the last 7 years. I love Delta. We get feed like crazy but I am going to try to control myself.  We had two baptisms this last week and I cried. They were so full of the spirit. I love them so much. We got to teach a man that has been investigating the church for over ten years. He had a lot of missionaries come before us and had a bad experience with them. A set of missionaries I do not know who tried to force him to get baptized and he was not for that at all. We got a call from a stake presidency member and he said I got someone for you to visit he said he wanted to get baptized on his birthday but then he thought about it and said he better get it done sooner so November 17th is the day. We taught him in the two weeks and baptized him and he is 87 years old. I got to assist in baptizing him and it was so special and great experience for all. And the other one was a 16 year old boy that goes to a correctional program called the white river academy and he was super ready and studies Preach My Gospel everyday. he is so grateful for a lot of things. I am grateful for a loving and supportive support system. I am grateful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Atonement. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve a mission and to be healthy. I am grateful for my companion and the example he is for me. I am grateful to be 20 soon even though I do not feel older and in the words of Kathy being an" old guy" I am grateful for the scriptures and a living day prophet. I love you all .
